Good to work for if you know your job good overtime rate at bubble time £19 hour

No help if your sick you get told your not when I had covid got told to go in to work after 4 days Isolation and if you can’t get there on the bus at 8 or 8:30 but there don’t care and if you late you get a disciplinary

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
