Management knew nothing of OH, FL or SC medicaid. if you did not the "script" exactly you got bad reviews. The workers they hire are unprofessional, do not show up for work & talk about their life all the time. That's ok if you have children, dogs or other noises like yelling. No problem. No salary hikes, What you are paid when you're hired is that. Remember if they offer a $1000 for sticking it to 6 mo & 1 year tells you it's a high turnover.

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
