      They do not care for your mental or physical health, the customers are extremely nasty and rude and you are expected to put up with it, the pay is horrific.

Each site has trained Mental Health First Aiders, available in person or via Teams for those working from home, and we also offer free counselling through Sour health benefits provider.       Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
