Hire and Fire Policy - Please think before joining this firm, as FiscalNote doesn't have any formal set up in India. I was a part of the consulting team of FrontierView Global workforce. There is no consulting employee at India office. I was having a scheduled internal call with my boss for a project discussion. When joined the call, I was surprised to know that I was fired as a part of the FiscalNote’s global restructuring. They informed me that ‘my services are not required any more’. So within a minute it was my job crash. Low pay - Very low pay compared to the Indian market No transparent HR policy - No HR policy exists. I would only recommend to take risk joining this firm in case of no options available. Job description and work profile do not match at all.

Constant restructuring, layoffs, and uncertainty. Pride themselves on objective unbiased reporting, yet now they want to enter into prediction markets. 25% layoff right before Q1 ended. Leadership executed a reverse stock split that heavily eroded shareholder value, only for the stock to continue falling and the company to be delisted from the NYSE shortly thereafter.
