We appreciate you leaving this review which we feel reflects FischTank PR very accurately. We do push our colleagues (and clients) during the work week, because that is how results are produced. A strong work ethic and desire to execute assertive communications and media outreach are absolute musts for any professional considering FischTank. While we expect hard work and focus during the week, we also respect work/life balance which is why we've instituted the 4.5 day work week you referenced, as well as flexible hour shifting, 15 PTO days (to start), and most important - a respect for evenings and weekends. Your advice is not lost on us either. Being in growth mode is good, but not at the expense of colleagues or clients, so we will work hard to improve processes and structure. Thank you!
