The focus is on being lean and outsourcing work but wow can you outsource a job and expect greatness when Fiserv hasn't reached greatness in years. Fiserv is in the process of a multi-year turnaround and there's no quick fix when the tech is as legacy as the senior leadership. Nothing moves quickly except staff being pushed around the building due to poor long term strategy, or out the door due to the same. You also might get bullied or mistreated and nothing will be done about it,
