Stable pay and hours Insurance is alright Place is clean

Lack of communication with supervisors Feeling no one really cares they can replace you anytime You feel like a number and really low empathy for customers Asking for a day off is not a guarantee. If you have medical appointments, kids etc you have to stay on your supervisor to make sure your day off was approved. If they forget you get the point. Management pushes back when there is a problem needing a supervisor. They leave you hanging with unsatisfied customers on the line.
