Employees work times are tracked by newly installed tool sapience. Everyone is asked to show 7hrs in PC time for which we need to work minimum 12 hrs. Sapience is not capturing all our works. Every Month end report is being generated and silent layoff is going on across all locations in India and it'll continue for sometime. Old Fiserv culture is completely destroyed by pathetic first data work culture. Soon all the good employees will start moving out .
