The technical aspects of the job were good for a while. Eventually though this was overwhelmed by the frustration of an interminable planning cycle and very little technical innovation. The people I worked with were great for the most part, and we did some nice things like regular potlucks.
Svantaggi
Little to no recognition of employees (other than the one annual Associate Recognition day); expectations of being available whenever needed with not even a thank you for major contributions; generally negative atmosphere that pervades everything. Zero performance feedback for the most part, and the little I did get (all positive) had no correlation with any promotions or salary adjustments.
