They do Proxy Card Swaping, leaking the salaries of teammates to everywhere - Managers only know politics and hired for micro management. - Co. has installed spy (Sapience) on your laptop and every second is counted and you are judged based upon that - No latest training and certifications are promoted/ given. Rubbish is given on the name of behavioral training. - Flatters has occupied every corner of organization.
