This was a lovely company to work for. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. There was always room for advancement within the company. The company has a excellent meal plan and benefits as well.

Dealing with the customers over the phone. Although in customer service, the motto is customer is always right, but some of those people took it to the extreme. Pay for the company could be better based on the abuse you endure on the phone lines.
