Incompetent leadership and amateurs - Recensione dipendente - Finance Manager presso Fiskars Group

Executive leadership are amateurs. Very little experience leading people with a short term mindset for decision making. Constant restructuring and extremely long hours due to lean teams in the accounting and finance areas. Lots of turnover. For example almost the entire accounting team left the organization voluntarily in the Americas business. Not a good sign when regarding an ethical company. Avoid this company if possible especially the Middleton, WI office.
