Local M&A has been led by a new micromanager who is calculative and demeaning. Has successfully transformed a team who have once working collaboratively to turn against each other, only to allow for specific members of newly acquired business leaders to shine. Find faults and nitpicks across all levels to drive people out of the business. Depressing and caused a lot of mental health issues amongst exisiting and former team members. No WLB, always long hours and refusal by management for time in lieu “because everyone is doing extra hours”. Extremely toxic culture and current leadership led through emotions and no strategic objective from a market level. Many times names called amongst team members were by last names or mispronounced. Fundamental respect is not present.
