Vantaggi

At this gym, your growth and earning potential are in your hands. The company rewards effort and results, allowing you to build your paycheck based on the work you put in daily. Success isn’t handed to you—it’s earned through dedication. I’ve seen firsthand how hard work opens doors to incredible opportunities for myself and my colleagues. Upper management is hands-on, investing time to train and develop our skills, ensuring we’re always learning and growing. I started with zero sales experience, but thanks to the guidance and mentorship from our leadership team, I’ve gained the expertise to thrive and increase my earnings. If you’re ready to take control of your career and be rewarded for your hustle, this is the place to do it.

Svantaggi

Its not a job you will watch the clock and do well.

Vantaggi

Honestly, not much beyond getting sales experience.

Svantaggi

Working here feels less like being part of a fitness company and more like working at a used car lot. The focus is entirely on aggressive sales and not on the members’ experience. Employees are pressured to spam call and text people repeatedly until they say to stop, and many staff misrepresent contracts just to get signatures. Once someone signs, getting out of the contract is extremely difficult. Upper management plays favorites, and certain leaders (especially in Wilmington) are known for being aggressive and talking down to employees. The company doesn’t truly invest in marketing, so staff are expected to go out into the community to bother people at businesses, place promotional materials on cars, or even put items in mailboxes. It’s more about harassing people than genuinely helping them. There are no benefits, low pay, and little regard for employee well-being. The culture is toxic, gossip is rampant, gyms are dirty despite leadership insisting on “cleaning,” and the only thing that really matters is sales numbers. You have no control over cancellations at the club level since everything goes through a third-party system, which frustrates both employees and members. On top of this, many of the positive reviews you’ll see on here are written by current employees who were asked to post 5-star ratings to drown out the negative ones. The same goes for Google reviews. It’s all about image over substance. Cons: High-pressure sales, misleading practices, poor pay, no benefits, toxic culture, lack of support, and zero focus on members.
