I truly feel the company practices what it promotes when it comes to encouraging employees to take care of themselves and prioritize their health. Our Founder/CEO, Lindsay, and COO, Andrew, bring valuable leadership experience from top companies and are invested in helping employees grow professionally. The company regularly brings in excellent coaches and development resources, which has been a huge benefit. I’ve also appreciated that feedback and new ideas are welcomed, regardless of title or tenure.

Thankfully, things have stabilized significantly, and the team now feels very cohesive, productive, and efficient.
