IT is horrendous and 10yrs behind the curve: fragmented, rolled out full of bugs, constantly updated, requires manual entry - re-entry - checks all the time Have to give up any personal investing. Excluded investment list is long, convoluted, software is clunky and beware the fallout of you inadvertently trip it. Management mentality that every analyst failure to meet perfection is his fault (notwithstanding constant IT issues and support staff turnover). Having to report to newly hired Senior director that are incompetent and delegate all their work.
