Very fair working environment, once people trust you, you can do a lot and get far reaching decision making power.

At the lower end of compensation in the industry, S&P and Moodys pay about 30-60% more while working environment may not be as good. Senior management sometimes works only for itself but lacks a clear objective what they want to achieve for the group. High staff turnover.
