      Fun and highly motivated young team of people who are nice to work with. An interesting and innovative progect that increases motivation to work on.

      Svantaggi

      Inexperienced staff and management. Wrong assessment of work scope and time tables by the management and project manager. Working nights and even full weekends at the office. Sleeping at the office sometimes. Penalties in salary by 30%/40%50% per month. Poor human skills of the CEO. Overhours are not compensated in the salary.
