Not Corey Saying he will take away wfh if people don’t do well one day during a snow storm while the entire city is under warning. He needs to remind himself the company runs on sales people and he needs to be a little more respectful towards them. If people were getting paid enough and not getting charged back because of the company’s ridiculous policies OR if they weren’t getting disrespected by management maybe the turnover rate wouldn’t be this bad. And they want you to tolerate all that for lower than bare minimum provided by the company. You can’t keep fishing colleges and people with no other choice forever. Get up.
