In my experience, management practices could be improved. Managers sometimes eat strong-smelling foods at their desks, which can be distracting in a shared workspace. I also observed occasional emotional outbursts, such as slamming items on desks, which contributed to a tense atmosphere. Additionally, I rarely received constructive feedback or actionable advice to help improve performance. In my view, favoritism sometimes played a role in decision-making, which could make the work environment feel uneven. Compensation seemed to remain mostly stagnant, with limited opportunities for raises or significant increases, even as workloads shifted. The market can be unpredictable, and from my perspective, the company’s business model appears to operate in a “churn and burn” style, focusing more on turnover than long-term employee growth. The physical workspace could also use attention. In my time there, I noticed chairs with visible stains, and overall maintenance could be improved to create a more comfortable and professional setting.
