I honestly think that there are no pros for working at this job. This particular location racially discriminates against certain employees.

There were many challenges and obstacles I faced while working there. I put up with it because I needed my job. Without giving too much information I dealt with a lot of mistreatment because I wasn't the right skin color. I honestly was treated less than a man day after day by my boss. He said racist remarks to me, he made me do things for him that had nothing to do with the job, example his house work and he told me to my face that I could not advance because of the way I looked. Futhermore, I was told by another person of color that this same boss called him the "N" word. Many people witness how he treated me and told me to document it or to report him to Jack Fitzgerald but I did not have the heart, I did not want to get fired. My boss was evil but he portray himself as a church man. He literally made me feel like I was nothing.
