The employees make it worth it.

Poor management, lazy management. One manager does all the work. No standing up for your employees when a customer is rude. Just gives them whatever they want because a survey is more valuable than the integrity of its employees. Unexplainable and complicated commissions. Management will promise and no delivery. One dept is completely unmanaged then punished for the lack or training, when a mistake is made. No real world understanding of how expensive it is to live in the Tampa area, pay pay pay is junk for the job! Employees try to hit unobtainable goals, yet no help from management to hit those.
