Pyramid Scheme - Recensione dipendente - Account Executive presso Five Nine Solutions

Dear Reviewer, I do want to thank you for leaving us a review because we do take them seriously. I don't see a response as a waste of time, since I do want to address your concerns. First, just to clarify we are not a pyramid scheme by any means: pyramid scheme is "a form of investment (illegal in the US and elsewhere) in which each paying participant recruits two further participants, with returns being given to early participants using money contributed by later ones.." We are a W2 type of company that offers either hourly or salary wages, plus bonuses. We do not pay people for recruiting or ask our employees to invest in the company. I am sure you received a paycheck every Friday regardless of any production done during that pay period. Second, we do not tell our employees to rate us 5 stars. We encourage our employees to leave us a review, we like to hear feedback. We also have an open door policy that we discuss on your 1st day. We appreciate honesty and transparency. We hope you find a better position that fits what you are looking for. Remember that marketing is "the action or business of promoting and selling products or services" that way you have a better understanding during your job search.
