      Good colleague connection. You become very close with your colleagues and it's a smaller Big Bank so you get to know a lot of people. Good PTO package, and people are very understanding of work/life balance.

      Pay is a lot less than industry average. After a while one may wonder what direction the company is going. They like to try a lot of new ideas but it may leave you wondering what the people in corporate are actually doing.

Any acquiring back would gain a customer communities filled with good and decent people. Remarkably, outside of the executive team, there are truly admirable and interesting people at this organization.
