      Great relationship among colleagues, open communication across teams and no office hierarchy. Regular out-of-office meals, celebrations and activities to promote bonding. Flexible working hours. Boss takes time to guide, educate and get to know employees individually.

      Startup culture with lack of proper processes. Apart from boss, no other managerial level staff to help guide individual teams. Need to OT sometimes, but got OT benefits.
