      Performance reviews consist of check or check minus in chipolte, chipolte meaning you drink the koolaid. Below industry pay, especially for developers. Cult-ish company culture, team leads push semi political values, no diversity-check the about section to see all you need their "pipeline problem".

      We are so sorry about your negative experience here at fjorge. “Chipotle” is only one of our core values, which represents our emphasis on collaboration between uniquely different individuals, which makes fjorge a better place to work and grow. A low review in this category means that the individual is working in a silo instead of part of a team, or does not show respect or support for the things that make other teammates unique and proud. This embrace of diversity is why fjorge has committed to the MN Tech Diversity Pledge. We will do a better job moving forward to help new employees better understand the meaning of this particular core value.

      The people at fjorge are amazing. You will enjoy collaborating with many smart people, and you will make some true friends. There is a lot of emphasis put on employee feedback, and EOS (the management) model that gives every employee a voice in the company. You get to touch a lot of different technology and you will have the opportunity to release code to production in short order. You will work on meaningful code, and you will get the chance to collaborate with a diverse group of super cool people.

      Pay is generally less than the market dictates, although this varies. Depending on where you work, clients expectations are sometimes not as well aligned to what is possible as you would like.
