First, you'll get to work directly with a leadership team that exhibits the classical "T" shape personality; all bring deep expertise in 1-2 areas, but broad knowledge of how it all works together in a system. That said, they don't micromanage or work in a prescriptive fashion. Everyone is open to different ideas and dissecting different arguments to arrive at the best possible idea. It's a truly open and collaborative environment; a lot is expect of you, but you won't be left out to sink or swim like at some other agencies. Finally, you get to work on fundamental and challenging marketing problems from project to project. Provides a great opportunity gain deep experience/expertise in different aspects of marketing.
