Good salary to work there

Not enough off days there

The working environment is very chill and friendly and there is not much work pressure as well. You will get opportunities to do different kind of work and learn from it which is great instead of just working like a machine.

They do not have fixed week offs and its 6 days working but its not a big issue in my opinion.
