Nepotism and family members in the management filled with a massive conflict of interest. The management doesn’t have a clue about how to manage anything. The fact that the management does not know how to set realistic targets and partially because nobody cares about achieving anything. Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental management is non existent. If you try to implement anything which makes people accountable for their responsibilities you will be sacked as i was because nobody is here to achieve anything. In the past 10 years the company had about 8 different quality person. They know that the place will be kept alive as a door to the European and UK market so they are safe without the need of achieving anything stupid like high quality or health and safety or environmental goals. If you really care about your profession and you will hear the name of this company, please do a favour for yourself and put the phone down. Trust me. It is better to stay home a few more weeks or stay a few more weeks where you are now than joining this place and sacrifice you sanity.
