Flamingo was a bit of a rare pokemon, management took pains to restrict politics to senior management level. Great place to grow intellectually as a fresh grad, but you're detached from the realities of life and 'the real world' Relatively low pay compared to industry / what you could have earned, given that Flamingo tends to hire high pedigree individuals.
