      Svantaggi

      No mentorship or guidance (not good for starters!), slow feedback loops, not a lot of career progress, dubious whether the company adds value to society at all. Sometimes you have to write proposals or are involved in boring non-technical work. Salary low-ish for the talent they hire.

      Too many managers, mostly unqualified for the job. Low impact work. Very low salaries compared to the market. No care for employees or effort to retain them.
