The application process was very fast, after completing the assessment, I received feedback within just two hours. During the enrolment, I was assisted by two very friendly and responsive professionals from Flanks, who provided all the support I needed. They use an excellent software tool (Factorial), which made it easy to visualize all the pending tasks for the enrolment.

Overall, I do not have any cons to mention, as I have only just started working here. The Factorial software has been very useful and user-friendly, although I did experience a few minor issues. For example, I did not have access to the employee handbook prior to my first day at Flanks, (which was expected to be signed before the start).

During my time so far, it's been difficult to find any disadvantages of working at flanks. If I had to say one I'd probably say communication, Flanks is a multicultural workspace and sometimes there can be miscommunication or a language barrier.
