If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has no respect for its Filipino employees. They treat locals like trash and baby the expats like they're gods — especially the Chinese ones. Rules only apply to us, never to them. It's so obvious it hurts. Micromanaging is the entire work culture. You’re not trusted to think for yourself, and if you try to bring up ideas? Forget it — unless you’re Chinese, they won’t listen. They say they want big results but won’t even let you work freely or try anything new. Appraisals are useless. They set goals you know are impossible just so they don’t have to give you anything. HR and Admin are the worst — they come up with the most ridiculous, self-serving rules like they’re running a dictatorship. Take one sick day? Bring a med cert. No compassion. No understanding. Just pure crap. The miscommunication is nonstop. Everything’s always unclear, but somehow it’s your fault. And don’t even get me started on their fake “work ethic.” It’s all about control, not actual productivity. This is hands down one of the worst places I’ve ever worked at. It’s mentally draining and straight-up disrespectful. If you value your sanity, don’t even apply. Flash Express PH is a joke.
