None. There is a reason you see the Piece of Cake Trucks instead of FlatRate all over the place.

1. Management has 0 integrity. They hired me to do "on-site" sales, told me I could work from wherever, claimed they were a team atmosphere, said there was an abundance of "warm" leads, claimed I'd be receiving commissions from all sales I made, and kept teasing staff like myself about a "bonus" we'd get for making extra sales. None of the above was the reality. Instead we were in a windowless call center they called an office, expected to be available and on call 24/7 while not getting overtime and/or bonus pay, received NO accountability from upper mgmt, there was perceived gender bias towards women, and blatant refusal by upper management to get any verbal promises or agreements in writing.
