Sorry to see that your experience did not meet your expectations. Just last week we saw our managers and other staff all pitched in to get our "work mother" aka cleaning staff a beautiful Mothers Day gift with a card signed by everyone, flowers, gift cards and tickets to the Blue Jays. She was so happy she cried tears of joy! This was an organic and authentic initiative from the managers. How many cleaning staff in the city got a Mothers Day gift? Did any of your previous 6 companies do so? This is just one example of the great culture and care for one of our core values of people. If this is how the cleaning staff are treated I'm sure you (the reader) can imagine that we truly value our people.
