This company feels like a startup, with internal processes being improved only recently, mainly due to international employees feedback and initiative, not management except maybe in IT department. They're a Russian company, expanded internationally due to the recent geopolitical events, but cultural clashes make it really hard for them to understand their international clients and employees. The culture promotes blind obedience, and raising concerns often backfires, creating a toxic and draining environment. With just a few inexperienced managers and a detached CEO-owner, leadership struggles are a significant issue, impacting the company’s overall functionality.
