This is a great opportunity if you have a positive attitude and are willing to put in the work necessary to succeed. If you are not willing to learn the material and understand sales and marketing, as well as telecommunications, this is not for you. There is plenty of room for advancement in a short period of time.

This is not for you if you are a sedentary employee who does just enough to get by. You will not succeed here if you cannot maintain a positive attitude and have self pity.

I started with this company right after graduating college. During my time there I learned a ton. I had never done sales before but with the training that was provided, I was able to succeed and continuously grow on a day-to-day basis. I put to use what I learned in the books at school and utilized it in everyday work life. I trained others, managed others, learned about sales and customer retention. Fun work outings; i.e. playing sports with the other people in the office, heading to the local pub to hang out. Most importantly, it taught me the value of hard work, therefore, I have out-worked everyone in my current position with ease. Also, James is an extremely motivating manager. He's very honest (preaches integrity) and upfront and is always available to talk to anyone at anytime. I highly recommend this position for anyone just graduating college!

This isn't a job I would recommend to those who don't value a rewarding days work. This is something that is easy but you have to study, practice and take the time to get good. As I was told when I started... This business is 100% pure; what you get out of it is exactly what you put into it.
