It was once a better place to start ones career but not anymore you can work upto a year or two max No scope on increment of bonus No promotion Very sub standard pay The exploitation is more Not much recognition tough there are proper system no one utilities them so less morale amongst some employees Unbalanced work between department as some department do work a lot that is out of their scope The middle and upper management expect results and does not listen to employees concern over the recent times The site or people over the factory are always right and the employees in India are not so management fails to back their employees at the right moment reducing employees morale Tough a fresher can learn the theory the practical application on supply chain process is not met and there are fundamentals that may br wrong so we learn a lot in theory but cannot apply them not even a 5% No work life balance

Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

Flex tolerates a toxic work culture from their most senior leaders. My director, literally, yelled at me daily, usually throughout the day. He physically grabbed me and forced me in the direction he wanted me to move. He threatened to fire me or replace me at least once a week. I went to the then director of HR who did absolutely nothing. After she was let go I went to her successor who told me there was no record of me speaking with HR before. And she did nothing. Unable to tolerate the work environment, I left. The company doesn't take safety seriously. We had shelving collapse resulting in an employee needing medical attention. The person tasked with designing and building storage has no training, no mechanical background, and no analysis is being performed to validate if the storage can hold 1,000+ pounds. There's no budget for professionally designed storage and, again, I was threatened for raising this as a concern. I learned today this same director is continuing to use me as a scapegoat despite me no longer working there.
