The UK unit in particular is held back by old views and methods, which severely affects sales performance and potential. Poor choice in managers leads to a lack of development opportunities, and an uncaring attitude from staff. Not willing to take chances or work with new products, stick to what they know only, which leads to a lack of business. No acknowledgement of staff commitment or effort. Overall a greedy company which is more interested in getting as much money out of the customer as possible, rather than providing good customer service and create potential for repeat business.
