very very very very long working hours, Needs to understand difference between Engineers, Technicians,and Operators, Management has lack of professionalism Seemed more like a dictatorship environment rather than open to suggestion within in management. Its a family owned business and they only care about their family. I would suggest to stay unemployed rather than working for this company. one of the owner needs to learn Work ethics and also needs to learn how to talk to their employees.
