Interesting funding strategy. Relatively good reward policy. Many good people (who sadly are leaving the company or will leave soon). That's it. Even if I try my best, I can't find any more good points about Flexigroup.

What gets said is different from what occurs. Blame culture. Lack of honesty and integrity. No support from management, no proper training, no mentoring and no development opportunities. No career progression opportunities. No processes in place. HR absolutely disconnected from the business. Careless manipulative lazy management that does not care about their people. Management choose ass-covering strategy instead of taking responsibility and taking real actions. Lots of office politics. Long hours are common, it is hard to manage work-life balance. Old outdated systems. Older employees that have been with the company for 10 - 20 years mistreat newcomers. Hard to introduce any change to existing practices - very big resistance from older employees who used "to own the place".
