Employees are expected to simply accept the consequences of horribke unqualified management. Always errors and lack of communication with no correction or accountability. You have to bid on a shift preference and the stats they use to determine this are inaccurate and you end up with a shift that was never even an option in the first place but you have to just accept it. Unrealistic expectations for call center agents. They focus on your stats and how many surveys you can convince customers to complete after the call rather than the day to day issues that directly effect the employees and customers. Management have very high expectations from employees but they are not held to the same standards. Team leaders dismiss employee concerns, expectations are extremely high for front line agents, management desprately needs training on responsiveness, accuracy, and following through. Employee concerns are often dismissed, messages go unread, and longstanding issues remain unresolved, leaving agents to manage the fallout with frustrated customers. They change systems way too often. Employees finally get used to the changes and they change it again. Unfortunately the changes they make never make a positive difference
