With just over a year at Cpl/Flexsource NI, I had the opportunity to work with a supportive team of colleagues across NI and the ROI. Felt supported throughout my entire tenure, was trusted to perform the role and was given every opportunity. Management in particular were excellent, couldn't find any faults. I felt I was treated with a lot of respect during my tenure and appreciated the open and honest environment. Work/Life balance was exceptionally well. Offered a lot in this respect. No issues with commission payments etc. Genuinely sad to leave the team and I leave with many fond memories and felt I gained a lot of new skills and approaches to my work that came as a result of constant support and feedback.

The desk itself wasn't for me but that's no reflection on the organisation as a whole. I wouldn't necessarily call it any cons but this section had to be filled so I don't have any "cons" that applied.
