Company has deep rooted discrimination which flows down right from top management, that they refuse to address. They discriminate against certain employees and also make decisions based on their discrimination which result in devastating impacts on these employees. I suffered a lot at this company, and received no help at all with any grievances I raised with them. They rather helped and protected those I raised grievances against based on their discrimination against me. With regards to GDPR, they will violate your personal information, and then try and cover it up, but this also, is only done against those who they discriminate against.
