There's many reasons why turnover in the Bellevue office is so high, but they mainly revolve around management. If you have no fraud experience, you'll be trained poorly. If you do have fraud experience, you'll likely be appalled at the unrealistic expectations placed on analysts. Most of the analysts I knew who had prior fraud experience have since left. While I was there, I saw multiple people brought to tears due to bullying and harassment. Management consistently looked the other way because the bullies hit arbitrary output expectations well over industry average. People are routinely promised "senior" positions as a means to keep them there. These are typically empty promises. When it comes time to actually follow through, nothing happens. In the rare event someone does get promoted, it comes with little change to responsibility or pay, you're still expected to obey commands like a robot. Expect to jump through numerous hoops for each and every "perk" and "benefit". They do not make the subsidies and contributions easy to redeem. This includes your "performance bonus", which is up to management's discretion. The office itself is not one of the shining new buildings in Bellevue. It's more... retro. They squeeze a lot of people into a pretty small space.
