Disorganized, Poorly Managed and No Real Support - Recensione dipendente - Account Executive presso Flipp

Working at Flipp was incredibly disappointing. The biggest issue is the management — many of the managers simply are not competent or equipped to lead teams. There is no real training, no onboarding structure, and zero established processes. You’re essentially left to figure everything out on your own, and when things go wrong, leadership has no answers because they don’t actually understand the work themselves. The lack of structure creates confusion, rework, and unnecessary stress. Instead of providing guidance, managers often deflect responsibility, and it becomes clear very quickly that they haven’t been trained to manage people effectively. The only good thing about working at Flipp is that it’s fully remote. Beyond that, the experience is frustrating and unorganized. HR really needs to step up and train their managers properly, not just in technical skills, but in leadership, communication, and how to support their teams. Until that happens, the environment will continue to feel chaotic and unsupported.
