The working conditions are similar to a university campus: young people, "thirsty Thursdays" for networking and very international. It also has a great work-life balance.
Svantaggi
Most upper managers have grown with the company since it was a start-up. Likewise, most employees are coming directly from the university without previous experience. This has created a resourcefull human capital, but also unaccurate beliefs and very little insights from the rest of the industry. Not recommended for experienced professionals.
