I felt like they screwed me over on salary a bit. I felt they hid benefits on the annual gross salary. I do not believe this is a good approach. Be sure to negotiate your compensation well.
Every month I would ask for feedbacks from my manager, and he always said everything really good and no negative feedbacks. I would get praise from my colleagues on my job every time. After 4.5 months, he comes up with a ton of negative feedbacks out of the blue and saying I am at risk of not passing probation and being fired. I set a lot of actions to correct all of those, I corrected and days before probation ending, even with me correcting everything he asked, he says I am fired. I felt burned out correcting feedbacks that did not make sense and even he acknowledging the corrections, I was still fired. My opinion is that they have a bad culture on feedbacks and I felt they do not put trust in their team. I felt it is a culture of putting pressure on you and never trusting your job. I have the opinion that if you do things the way you believe it is correct, you are wrong and if you do their way, you do not have personality. I felt a lot of micro management and difficulty to please the manager. Only when I got a new and better job I realized the different between having a manager that trusts you and one that does not. Not recommend to work at all. Only worth it for their annual party.
