The structure and processes are improving, and there’s room for individuals to take initiative and make a real impact.

      Communication can sometimes be tense, especially during busy periods — a bit more openness and empathy in feedback would make collaboration even smoother. Career growth and salary progression could be more transparent. At times, it feels like recognition doesn’t fully reflect the effort invested. Workload expectations can be high, which makes maintaining work-life balance a challenge, especially for those with families.
