The three-day office model was not introduced overnight; our Engineering Managers have been operating this way for over a year. We worked through real execution challenges before extending this approach more broadly. Regarding innovation and technical direction: we operate with defined engineering, business, and product strategies that balance short-term delivery with longer-term investments. Some initiatives are incremental improvements, while others are multi-year foundational programs. Sustainable growth requires both.
We know execution is not perfect everywhere, and we continue working with EMs to address structural issues as they arise.
